Job Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and manage wound care patients in collaboration with physicians
• Identify need for case management referrals and case manage complex wound patients
• Establish, review and update nursing policies and standard operating procedures for wound care
• Provide advice and consultation on wound, ostomy and continence nursing

Requirements

• Degree or higher from an accredited professional nursing educational program
• Current, active, full and unrestricted US nursing license and NCLEX-RN
• At least one full year of professional nursing experience equivalent to GS-9 including surgical patient care
• US citizenship required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtainable
