Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of evidence-based nursing care
- Contribute to the management and organisation of the ward or clinical area

- Participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff and learners
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs

Requirements
- Essential: RGN registration with active UK NMC PIN, experience of care within a UK healthcare setting or via UK university placements
- Evidence of continuing professional development and ability to support learners
- Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate Trust values
