Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, patient-focused care for people with complex long-term conditions
- Support patients following acute care who need further rehabilitation
- Lead planning of complex discharges with allied health professionals and medical teams
- Develop skills across a wide range of physical conditions and pathologies
- Support student nurses and trainee nurse associates
Requirements
- Professional qualification (Mental Health/Learning Disabilities/General) to degree level or equivalent
- Current registration with the NMC
- Satisfactory clinical expertise for the banding
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of current legislation and clinical risk assessments
