Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nursing care for critically ill patients and their families in the Critical Care environment
- Deliver high standards of evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with NMC code and Trust policies
- Work with the team to maintain efficient running of the Unit
- Participate in orientation, competencies and ongoing education including night rotation
- Expand role within professional limits and attend educational opportunities
Requirements
- Essential: Registered Nurse with evidence of CPD
- Essential: Demonstrate understanding of confidentiality
- Desirable: Recent acute nursing experience (minimum 12 months post-registration)
- Desirable: Understanding of professional nursing issues, clinical governance and effective working relationships

This role is eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, as defined by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
