Job Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for breads, rolls and sweet goods according to recipes
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Ensure product quality meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate, adjust and clean machinery and equipment
• Organise and maintain inventory

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience
• Experience with breads and rolls and quality assurance preferred
• Own transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
