Job Responsibilities
- Own connector activation end to end from discovery to habitual use
- Build and run experiments on default connectors, suggestions and onboarding flows
- Make setup close to zero-touch using open standards such as Cross App Access and MCP
- Improve connectors for platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Lay platform foundations for the connector ecosystem and enterprise control plane
- Partner with product, design and data science on priorities
- Set technical direction and mentor other engineers
Requirements
- Shipped growth or activation work involving onboarding, funnels and experimentation
- Comfortable with authorization and identity systems including OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SSO
- Built on large platform APIs such as Microsoft Graph or Google Workspace
- Experience building platform or ecosystem surfaces with durable APIs
- Understand enterprise admin and security needs for policy and governance
- Preferred: 8+ years software engineering experience with Staff-level work
