Job Responsibilities
- Build and extend the agentic coding platform including agent integrations and MCP servers
- Design guardrails for permissions, secrets handling, and auditability
- Build infrastructure for teams to deploy internal tools and agents quickly
- Embed with firmware, autonomy, cloud, and application teams to identify and fix workflow bottlenecks
- Measure impact through adoption, cycle time, and quality to set priorities
- Drive adoption as the internal expert on AI development tools
Requirements
- 5+ years building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and agents
- Strong grounding in Python, Go, TypeScript, C++, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure AWS or GCP
- Product mindset toward internal users
- Experience with security-sensitive environments or monorepos preferred
