Espirita partners with leading state-run mental health hospitals in Colorado to place experienced nurses in behavioural health, forensics, emergency psychiatry and acute mental health settings.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients with complex mental health needs including personality disorders
- Work within secure therapeutic inpatient environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in state-run psychiatric hospitals
- Support patients across specialties such as behavioural health and acute mental health
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or actively preparing
- English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
- Minimum 24 months of recent acute or psychiatric nursing experience
- Willingness to relocate to Colorado for at least three years
