About the Employer

Wordware is building a platform in San Francisco. The role is full-time and in-person at their Presidio office, requiring 5 days a week in the office.

Job Responsibilities

• Write and ship full-stack features end to end from frontend UI to backend logic and database
• Talk to users, debug live issues and ship fixes fast
• Make product calls when things are ambiguous
• Help shape the platform being built

Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping real products
• Fluent in TypeScript and comfortable across the stack
• Experience building and owning complex full-stack systems end to end
• Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting
• US work authorisation required; open to O-1 for truly exceptional candidates

Salary and Benefits

• $140,000 to $220,000 per year plus equity
• Full-time on-site role in San Francisco
