Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, individualised care to patients with varicose veins in the local anaesthetic unit
- Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate care plans
- Work within the vascular nurse specialist team and multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain skills and knowledge for evidence-based practice
- Support patient pathways for efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with relevant nationally recognised post-basic course
- Ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge of the patient group
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Ability to practice within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- UK professional registration required
