About the Employer

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in all ward activities as an effective team member supporting senior staff
- Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide holistic treatment and care ensuring high-quality service for all patients
- Teach and supervise qualified and unqualified staff and act as a role model
- Take responsibility and accountability for a group of patients
