Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage day-to-day care on the ward
- Provide leadership to support workers and junior colleagues
- Assess service user need, develop care plans and implement interventions
- Work with service users, families and carers
- Contribute to the multi-disciplinary team and service development
- Support learners and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements
- RMN or RNLD qualification
- Interest in working with older people with mental health problems or dementia
- Current UK professional registration
- Ability to advocate for service users and provide person-centred care
