Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and manage day-to-day care on the ward
• Provide leadership to support workers and junior colleagues
• Assess service user need and develop care plans with families and carers
• Contribute to the multi-disciplinary team and service development
• Support students and professional development

Requirements

• RMN or RNLD registration
• Interest in working with older people with mental health problems or dementia
• Current UK professional registration
