Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day to day care on the ward
- Provide leadership to support workers and junior colleagues
- Assess service user need, develop care plans and implement interventions
- Work with service users, families and the multi-disciplinary team
- Contribute to the effective running of the service and future development
- Support student learners in a positive learning environment
Requirements
- RMN or RNLD registration
- Current UK professional registration
- Interest in working with older people with mental health problems or dementia
- Values based approach aligned with the Trust
- Ability to adapt approach to individual needs
Visa Sponsorship and International Applicants
The Trust only provides sponsorship for registered healthcare practitioner roles (this does not include Healthcare Support Workers). Applicants must meet Trust and Home Office requirements for a visa. Current UK professional registration is required.
