Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nursing care for critically ill patients and their families
- Deliver evidence-based patient-centred care in line with NMC code and Trust policies
- Work within the multidisciplinary team to maintain efficient unit running
- Gain experience across intensive care and high dependency areas including night rotation
- Participate in orientation, equipment training and ongoing education
Requirements
- Essential: Registered Nurse with evidence of continuing professional development
- Desirable: Understanding of professional nursing issues and minimum 12 months recent acute experience
- Essential: Demonstrate understanding of confidentiality
- Current UK NMC registration required
