Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and implement solutions in model architecture, algorithms and data processing
• Lead small research projects and collaborate on larger initiatives
• Design, run and analyse scientific experiments on large language models
• Optimise and scale training infrastructure for efficiency and reliability
• Develop tooling to improve team productivity
• Contribute across the stack from low-level optimisations to model design

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong software engineering skills and proven record of building complex systems
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
• Familiarity with large-scale machine learning and language models
• Ability to balance research goals with engineering constraints
