Job Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices
• Monitor revenues, staff performance, recruit, schedule and train staff
• Supervise 3-4 people, manage events, inventory and customer service
• Enforce liquor legislation and conduct performance reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
• English; Hindi and Punjabi as assets
• WHMIS Certificate
• Knowledge of accounting software, MS Office suite, electronic cash register
• Basic security clearance, willingness to travel and relocate

Salary and Benefits

• 130 to 160 hours per month
