Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties
• Supervise a team of 3 to 4 people

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
• Experience with fertilizer applicator, harvesters, seed drill, storage and silage system and tractor
• Organised and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment under pressure with attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

• $36.00 to $40.00 per hour (to be negotiated) for 30 to 50 hours per week
