Job Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate core security controls: identity and access management, cloud security, endpoint management and incident response

- Establish and advocate for security practices across the company
- Evaluate vendors and tooling, and assess vendor security posture before adoption
- Lead major security projects end to end, from idea through implementation and rollout
Requirements
- 5+ years in hands-on technical security roles (not purely compliance/GRC)
- Ability to think through threat modeling and failure modes, read code and evaluate technical controls
- Direct experience with application security, cloud security or product security
- Track record of building buy-in for security practices with non-security colleagues
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Not required: deep AI/ML security expertise or a formal AI safety research background
