Job Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and batters according to recipes for breads, rolls, and sweet goods
• Bake mixed dough and batters to quality standards
• Prepare special orders and ensure product quality
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment in a large-volume setting
• Work in a dusty environment and handle physical tasks

Requirements

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of commercial baking experience
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work mornings, days, and overtime as needed
• Authorisation to work in Canada required at the time of application
